PROJECT ARC's

WOMEN IN MATH SERIES

This Women's History Month, we're proud to recognize the women who have made fundamental contributions to the study of mathematics, often inspiring other scholars and tackling real-world problems at the same time.

As our Women’s History Month series wraps up the stories of 20th-century female mathematicians, we’d like to look at a present-day mathematician whose work not only addresses important questions in the field of differential equations but also helps to combat a number of public health’s most pressing problems.
